Your Home Vacation Station Update: Where We’re At and Where We’re Going

To Our Valued Community:

We hope you, your family, and friends are healthy and safe.

Since 1973, Titan Pools has been providing services and supplies for your Home Vacation Station… And, we’re not stopping now.

Since March, we have worked to structure ourselves in a way that enabled us to maintain our remarkable team members and customers.  Everyone has committed to digging deep to help us continue.  For this, we are forever grateful, and we do the same to minimize the burden to those who give so much of themselves.  This is the true spirit of community.

Today, we provide you an update with where we’re at and where we’re going.

Office and Supply Store Hours and Operation

Titan Pools continues to be open with modified hours.  Please call to verify hours as they may change.

  • Monday-Friday, 12:00PM-5:00PM
  • Saturday, 10:00AM-4:00PM
  • Sunday, closed
  • Memorial Day, closed

Store Safety Measures

We understand there are varying opinions on safety measures during this time.  In March, we implemented safety measures, and for our environment, they seem to be effective.

  • Social Distancing – Maintain 6 feet of space as able.
  • Signage – Observe directional and instructional signage on the floor and/or eye-level.
  • Masks – Use coverings for your nose and mouth.

In the spirit of community, we humbly ask these safety measures be observed.

Pool Service & Repairs

We are maintaining pool service and repairs for current customers.

The Future

As you know, the situation is fluid and varies.

We cannot adequately say how important you are to us.  Thank you for allowing us to be part of the community for 46 years.

In these unprecedented and challenging times, we rely on our communities – those closest to us – to endure.  And, together, we will.

Sincerely,

Titan Pools

COVID-19 Update: Titan Pools Stands by Our Community During this Challenging Time

To Our Valued Community:

We hope you, your family, and friends are healthy and safe.  These are challenging times for us all.

As your home vacation station and pool care expert for 44 years, we are committed to ensuring the communities we serve maintain clean pool and spa water – it is an important factor in sustaining public health.  Proper pool care and maintenance is necessary to ensure pool water does not succumb to algae and bacteria growth, which can pose additional health challenges during this already difficult time.

Our family owned and operated store and service department remain open to provide an essential service to our communities – maintaining safe and sanitary water.

What to Expect from Titan Pools

We are working with our suppliers to ensure we are stocked with items needed to keep pools clean and healthy. Additionally, our remarkable team members have committed to digging deep to continue in this spirit of service. For that, we are grateful and will do the same to minimize the burden to those who give so much of themselves.

Pool Service Routes

We are maintaining pool service routes for current clients.

Office and Store Hours and Operation

Please note we have temporarily reduced hours (please call to verify hours as they may change).

  • Monday-Friday, 12:00PM-5:00PM
  • Saturday, 10:00AM-4:00PM
  • Sunday, Closed

In light of health risks to you and us, we ask you follow CDC guidelines for “social distancing” and try to remain at least 6 feet apart from other customers and store associates.  If you enter the store and see the store is crowded or that our associate(s) are waiting on customers, please consider waiting outside until you see someone leave the store.

As you know, the situation is fluid and may vary, but we will do everything we can to continue to protect our employees and to be available for you. Thank you for your patience and for allowing us to continue serving you.

Questions

If you have any questions, we can be reached at (714) 998-9620 or email us via our Contact Us page.

We also would like to pass along information about COVID-19 and water transmission. The CDC released guidance on COVID-19 and water transmission. We encourage you to read this information and share it with others who may have concerns and questions about the spread of COVID-19 through water.

“There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
